Leadership

The Diversity Leadership Institute fundamentally believes that effective organizational leadership in any setting is shared-leadership. Therefore, while DLI's Chief Executive Officer will maintain the traditional leadership roles and responsibilities, members of the DLI management team will also be given project, client and initiative leadership roles matching their expertise and experience. Similarly, all DLI team members will share tasks related to identification of OFCs, strategic project design and solution generation.
